Good Question! sessions for Organizational Clarity

In-Person or Online Strategic Conversation Sessions

Let SKC lead your organization through a unique ’good questions’ session that supports your strategic planning or communications strategy efforts.

These interactive (and dare we say enjoyable) workshops help nonprofits and community groups be more strategic by asking strategic questions. Put another way…

We think it’s better to have rough answers to the right questions than detailed answers to the wrong questions.

Whether focusing on Strategic Planning, Communications Strategy, or Program Ideation, asking the right questions can uncover the insight you need to plan effectively.

SKC has developed a sequential process that helps you have the discussions you need to clarify your goals, plans, and aspirations. It helps get you to where you need to be… even if you don’t know what your exact destination is yet.

Affordable. Strategic. Timely. Let’s get the best answers to the right questions to help you plan effectively.

During a Good Question! session, we’ll explore…

  • What is: context and complexity

  • What if: new ideas and possibilities

  • What works: what is realistic, what achieves the best outcomes?

  • What next: how do we move forward?

The lively, interactive workshops can be focused on Strategic Planning, Communications Strategy, or Program Ideation — we’ll tailor the process to your needs.

The discussions will be realistic, rooted in both your context and the complexity of our world, and avoid simplistic solutions.

Our sessions can be one to two days long, in-person or online. If in-person, we are deliberately old-school, using flipcharts, breakout groups, and unique in-person activities. All workshops include pre-session background materials.

We take a human-first approach. A.I. can do many things, but it can’t:

  • Read a room

  • Navigate organizational politics

  • Make nuanced judgment calls

  • Facilitate complex discussions
