We call it a ‘Clarity Conversation’
This is a sequential process that helps you have the discussions you need to clarify your goals, plans, and aspirations.
A conversation can focus on Strategic Planning, Communications Strategy, or Program Development.
Together we’ll explore:
What is: context and discussing the complexity
What if: new ideas and possibilities
What works: what is realistic, what achieves the best outcomes?
What next: how do we move forward?
Our approach examines both context and content.
These in-person conversations are interactive, rooted in your unique context, and yes, enjoyable.
We offer:
A half- or one-day intensive Clarity session, or
Two-day in-depth Clarity session.
These conversations are deliberately old-school (flipcharts and our own in-person activities). We could all use an occasional break from screens.
Our strategic conversations are based on SKC’s ‘Good Question!’ method.
These interactive (and dare we say enjoyable) workshops help nonprofits and community groups be more strategic by asking strategic questions.
Put another way…We think it’s better to have rough answers to the right questions than detailed answers to the wrong questions.
